The property is located in the hills between San Josep de Sa Talaia and San Antoni de Portmany.
The main villa consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, double living room, beautiful garden with exotic plants, swimming pool, barbecue, indoor and outdoor chill-out, sea view and sunset view.
The villa, garden and pool are completely private.
There is an air conditioning unit for each bedroom.
In addition, next to the villa, there is a studio with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Both properties together can accommodate 8 guests.
The space

It is a very cozy and pleasant villa, away from the noise and confusion, typical of Ibiza in summer, but just a few minutes from the center of S. José and S. Antonio.
It has sea and sunset views. It is just a few minutes away from beautiful beaches such as Cala Comta and Cala Bassa.
